The annual and interim\u00a0dividend payments might be subject to change, depending on the\u00a0Company\u2019s operations, financial position, future projects and overall\u00a0economic conditions. The Company’s Board of Directors shall be\u00a0empowered to consider the option. Moreover, the Board of Directors’\u00a0resolution approving dividend payment shall be proposed for final\u00a0approval with shareholders’ meeting.
