Production Process :
Rubber wood production process
We selected the rubber wood log to transmute which based on color and product type.
Our production starts with cutting, planning, boring, assembling, finishing and packing.
The goods in every single of carton must inspected by our QC team with “QC PASSED “ sticker before loading into the container.
We realized to satisfy customer and quality on our production first.
Flat board production process
Our production starts with particle board or MDF lamination by paper.
The thickness of paper depends on customer requirement.
Then go to cutting the size by Homag eletronic machine, Board on Frame, edging, boring, finish, packing and
inspection before loading into container (for Export ) or deliver to depot of customer.
Packing production process
Q.C. production process
We have inspection in production line and inspection on finish products by sampling 1%.
DELIVERY
Our checker will check details of products on carton box completely and quantity before loading into container. |
